Khadifa Wong
Khadifa Wong marked her 20th year as a West End costume dresser in 2024 on the Hills of California at the Harold Pinter Theatre.
As a former performer, she dressed on numerous West End shows and plays and started filmmaking in 2010. Her dressing credits include: Mary Poppins, We Will Rock You, Guys and Dolls, Evita, The Royal Ballet & Opera and Showboat.
Her debut feature documentary, UPROOTED: THE JOURNEY OF JAZZ DANCE premiered on HBO Max in the USA and is now available to stream on Amazon prime in the US and UK. Her second doc, Luksun Izinde premiered on Netflix Turkiye in 2024.
As a result of her work on Uprooted Khadifa was mentored by the Digital department at the NT and has four NT at home/Live credits to her name.
In 2020 she became a Creative Associate with Jermyn Street Theatre and a Jerwood Assistant Director with the Young Vic.
In between her filming work she now dep dresses at the Lion King and Book of Mormon.
